- A 15 to 20 page written plan covering: a snapshot of your business, the 2 to 3 places AI can genuinely help (ranked by impact), the specific tools and systems recommended, a realistic implementation roadmap, full cost breakdown for setup and ongoing running, and a clear next step you can act on.
- Equally important: the plan also tells you where AI is not the answer for your business. That honesty is part of the product.
- A 60-minute walkthrough call where Tony presents the plan, answers your questions, and makes sure you leave with clarity, not a homework pile.

Step 2.
If it's a fit, you book in. You receive a welcome email with the discovery call link, a short pre-call questionnaire, and the first invoice.
Step 3.
Week 1: 90-minute discovery call plus tool and workflow observation.
Step 4.
Week 2: Tony writes your tailored plan and presents it on a 60-minute walkthrough call.
Step 5.
You receive the final written plan, the final invoice, and a clear next step. From there, you either implement yourself or engage Bailey Code to build it.
